Isuzu East Africa has today on 5th<\/sup> April 2024 rolled out the \u201cEyes on the Road Campaign\u201d to promote driver wellness and vehicle safety aimed at enhancing safety among the public and customers across the country at an event held at the Mombasa Road premises of Isuzu EA\u2019s authorized dealer Kenya Coach Industries (KCI). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking during the event, Isuzu East Africa Managing Director and Chair of the Board, Rita Kavashe, said rising cases of road fatalities across the country underscored the importance of the initiative. The campaign, Kavashe said, demonstrated Isuzu\u2019s commitment to the well-being, and safety of students, passengers, and drivers. She urged the drivers to be keen on their wellbeing and check their vehicles regularly to avert road accidents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On his part,\u202fAutoXpress\u202fManaging Director Sandeep Shah said the Driver Wellness campaign will help in reducing road accidents while at the same time improving fitness in terms of health and check-up exercise. AutoXpress,\u202fwhich is an importer, distributor, and retailer of tires and other automotive accessories, plays a key role in ensuring the safety of both drivers and passengers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign is part of the Isuzu Wellness Month set during the month of April. The campaign will focus on intensifying safety standards among school bus drivers, public service vehicles, medium and heavy-duty truck drivers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
